We now plan to return the entry gate system for Hampton Club to service on a trial basis beginning Monday, March 16. Initially, the barrier arms for the Resident's Entry Gate and the Exit Gate will be in use. This will provide an opportunity to check your new gate cards or transmitters while the Visitor Entry Gate is open. If you are in one of the units that does not yet have a new gate card or a remote control, there is still time. The site office will be open during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., to issue new gate cards.
We are also working on parking space stripping and renumbering. Most of the parking spaces will stay where they are now, but there could be some adjustments. With access ramps now in place at the clubhouse, a small number of handicapped parking spaces may also be designated nearby.
The February meeting of the Board of Directors was canceled due to the snow. We had planned to select a contractor to remove the old swimming pool at that time. Selection of a contractor for this task should happen in March, and a schedule for the work will be developed after the contractor has been chosen.
Do you know someone in Hampton Club who lives alone, and who may need additional help in an emergency? Take a look at the "Senior Watch Community Program" information and registration form on the "Documents/ Forms" page. This is a free service offered by our security contractor.
