Breezeway lights have been replaced in most of the buildings. Electrical problems have prevented some of the new breezeway lights from working. An electrical contractor is working to repair these problems.
Work to replace sidewalks is nearing completion. One of the last steps will be to provide an access ramp for the site office entrance. A ramp for the kitchen entrance to the clubhouse has already been installed, so the office will still be accessible while the new ramp is being built.
The next major project will be to repair sections of the brick facades that have separated from some of the buildings. The contractor has scheduled October 3 as their "start work" date. The most serious problem is at Building 8, on Pacific Drive. Bracing has been installed to assure that the bricks will not fall away before repairs can be made. We expect to reuse many of the bricks, to help maintain a consistent appearance for the buildings.
