To Reserve the Clubhouse: 
1.  Submit an Application: Applications will ONLY be accepted from Unit Owners (Tenants must make rental arrangements through their unit owner or landlord). Applications may be printed or obtained from the Management office. A completed application (including payments) must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the rental, if time permits. Two money orders must be submitted with all applications: one for the Rental Fee and a second one for the Security Deposit.

Fees and Requirements:
  • Rental Fee: $150.00
  • Security Deposit (refundable if no Cleaning fee or damage): Owner- $150
  • Cleaning Fee (optional at time of application): $150 or actual, whichever is greater, plus damages, if any.
  • Special Event Insurance Coverage is REQUIRED - the cost will be determined by your insurance agent or broker.
  • The Board of Directors must approve the application and reserves the right to withdraw approval for any reason.
Event Period: Functions may not be scheduled to continue past 11:00 pm
