~ NEW Roof on Building 20 on Wells Ct. ~
Roofers are scheduled to begin replacing the roof on
Wed. Aug. 4, weather permitting.
 
Resident were notified to move their vehicles away from both sides of building 20 until Aug. 14.  Please check this webpage for all future updates for the roofing project.

~ Pool Updates ~

On Thursday, Aug. 5, the pool will be closed at 4 pm

due to no lifeguard being available.

 

Regular pool hours are Monday - Friday from 11:00 am 'til 7:00 pm.

 

Due to the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions, Hampton Club pool furniture is available for your use,

and you are still permitted to bring your own chair or lounger if you prefer.

 

If you want a pool pass, please call the office to schedule an appointment.      757-825-1540

We will need a current copy of your lease along with a list of all residents authorized to receive a pool pass.  You will need to contact your landlord if names of residents are not on the lease.  Your landlord can email us with a list of authorized residents to hamptonclub@andletonmgmt.com.

 

Guest Passes can be purchased for $3.00 per person per day at the site office from 9:30 until 4:30, Monday through Friday.  Cash only.

~ Visitor Code Change Effective June 4 at 5:00 pm ~
Please give all guests your 3 digit code instead of 4 digits.
 
All visitor codes are now 3 digits instead of 4 digits. 
Simply remove the first digit of your current code and type in the last 3 digits.
 
For example:
If Current code is 0123,
   New code will be 123.
 
A handful of codes have been changed entirely and the office contacted both the resident and owner with the new code.
 
Reminder: If you have lost your gate card or it is damaged, you can replace it at the site office with a $10.00 money order (not from Navy Federal). All residents should have a gate card and not use the visitor code as their primary method of entering Hampton Club.

~ Board of Directors Meetings ~
Due to social distancing guidelines, owners are asked to contact the management office prior to Aug. 13 at 12:00 pm if they wish to attend Open Session remotely. The number of people physically present for Open Session must be limited, but management will be able to send you instructions to register for remote attendance.

Aug. 16, 2021 at 6 pm, at
49 Haverford Ct. Hampton, VA 23666.

~ Kool-Aid Pie Recipe ~
Ingredients:
˜      .13 oz.Kool-Aid drink mix, any flavor
˜      8 oz. tub of Cool Whip
˜      14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
˜      1 nine inch graham cracker crust
˜      Whipped cream or fresh fruit to garnish
 
Instructions:
1.     Place Kool Aid, Cool Whip, and condensed milk in a large bowl.
2.     Mix and stir until everything is very well blended.
3.     Place creamy filing inside the graham cracker crust.
4.     Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
5.     Garnish with whipped cream or fruit if desired.
