~ Water Leak Information ~

~ Annual Meeting Information ~
Annual Meeting Notices were sent the end of December 2019 and include the following items: 
- The approved 2020 Budget 
- A Schedule of Meeting dates for 2020
- An Instructed Proxy (Dealine to submit is January 16th, 2020) 
- A Candidate Application (Deadline to submit is January 16th, 2020) 
Please keep in mind that in order to contribute to the quorum, vote, or run for a Director position, the account must be current as of January 10th, 2020. The unit owner(s) of record as of December 31, 2019 will be considered as the unit owner(s) for the purpose of the Annual Meeting. If you need an additional copy of the annual meeting notice, please visit the on-site office. 

~ Board of Directors Meetings ~
The next meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Tuesday, January 21st. The Annual Meeting will begin at 6pm followed by the General Session then Executive Session.
Attendees are encouraged to use the sign-in sheet if they wish to meet with the Board during Executive Session (for discussing sensitive information such as account balances, rule violations, etc.) The sign in sheet is located on the counter in the clubhouse. 
If you wish to meet with the Board of Directors during Executive Session, a request must be submitted a minimum of 7-10 days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting. This will allow the Board to review the request and obtain necessary information related to the request/discussion.
