~ INCREASED LATE CHARGE ~
Please be advised that the monthly late charge (or charge added to accounts anytime you have a balance) will be increased from $20 per month to $35 per month effective Jan. 1, 2022.  To avoid a late charge, please pay your monthly dues assessment between the 1st and 10th of the month.  If you have a balance on your account, you can pay your balance in full to avoid the $35 charge.

~ SITE OFFICE UPDATE ~
Our on-site office is open to foot traffic at this time. We have a new intercom system in place for you to use if you wish.  Simply press the doorbell button.  We will respond to you.  Press and HOLD the "Talk" button WHILE you talk -- just like a walkie-talkie you had when you were a kid.  You may also phone us so that we might assist you. We reserve the right to limit entry so that we can maintain a distance from each other.  Due to the increase in the Omicron variant of Covid-19, please wear a mask into the office.

~ Board of Directors Meetings ~
Due to social distancing guidelines, owners are asked to contact the management office prior to Jan. 14, 2022 at 12:00 pm if they wish to attend Open Session remotely. The number of people physically present for Open Session must be limited, but management will be able to send you instructions to register for remote attendance.
 
The next meeting is the ANNUAL MEETING followed directly by the monthly
Board of Directors Meeting on
Jan. 18, 2022 at 6 pm, at
49 Haverford Ct. Hampton, VA 23666.
 
Owners should have received a mailing with the 2022 Schedule of Meetings, an Instructed Proxy form, and a Candidate Application form in December.
