~ Postponed! ROOFING PROJECT ON BUILDING 9, PACIFIC ~
Due to circumstances beyond our control, the roofing project has been delayed yet again.
 
We will post a new notice in this location as well as at the mailboxes
as soon as we know the date.
Thank you for your understanding.

 

Please move your vehicles by 7:00 AM on the day work begins.

If you park immediately in front of building 9 or in the back parking lot closest to the building, 

you should park in the back lot in a visitor space nearest the fence line.

 

We distributed updated fliers above the mailboxes in bldgs.6 and 9 on Friday, Sept. 9.

Thank you for your cooperation.  We do not want to tow any vehicles, so please move them on the designated dates.

Our on-site office is open to foot traffic at this time. Please knock at the door or call us so that we might assist you. We reserve the right to limit entry to a few people at a time so that we can still maintain a distance from each other.  Feel free to wear a mask if it makes you feel more comfortable.

Due to social distancing guidelines, owners are asked to contact the management office prior to Oct. 15 at 12:00 pm if they wish to attend Open Session remotely. The number of people physically present for Open Session must be limited, but management will be able to send you instructions to register for remote attendance.
