~ Davenport Ct. Building 13, NEW Ramp Project ~
On Tuesday, December 7, a new asphalt ramp will be created that will lead from the parking lot up to the sidewalk.  All affected residents were notified on December 2 via a notice delivered to their doors. Six parking spaces will be moved one space to the right. Residents were asked to move their vehicles for the day to allow space for the workmen to build the ramp and repaint the numbered spaces.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.  We hope the new ramp will ease the way for those who need to be accommodated.

The HOA is sponsoring a door and balcony/patio decorating contest this holiday season for Hampton Club residents. The prizes are Amazon gift cards valued at $150.00, $100.00, and $50.00 for
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, respectively. If you would like to participate, please advise the site office so we can include your residence in the judging.

Remember that no live trees are permitted at Hampton Club because they are a fire hazard.

Due to social distancing guidelines, owners are asked to contact the management office prior to Jan. 14, 2022 at 12:00 pm if they wish to attend Open Session remotely. The number of people physically present for Open Session must be limited, but management will be able to send you instructions to register for remote attendance.
The next meeting is the ANNUAL MEETING followed directly by the monthly
Board of Directors Meeting on
Jan. 18, 2022 at 6 pm, at
49 Haverford Ct. Hampton, VA 23666.
Owners will receive a mailing with the 2022 Schedule of Meetings, an Instructed Proxy form, and a Candidate Application form in December.
