Our on-site office is open to foot traffic at this time. Press the call button ONE time next to the bulletin board to alert us that you need assistance. We will be able to speak with you. We reserve the right to limit entry so that we can maintain a distance from each other.

The Hampton Club Annual Meeting is scheduled for

Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 6 pm, at

49 Haverford Ct. Hampton, VA 23666.

The Board of Directors is:

Kenneth Franklin- Treasurer

Cathy Geathers- Member at Large

If you need to speak to the Board at the next meeting, you must submit a request in writing to the Hampton Club Office no later than one week before the meeting.

~ HOA Dues Payment information ~

Payments should be made through the online payment portal. You should have received a registration letter in the mail in March to assist you with your registration for the site. If you have any questions, please contact the onsite office by phone or email.

All Owners and Residents will or have received a New Pet Registration Form.

OWNERS WILL ONLY RECEIVE (1) ONE LETTER NO MATTER HOW MANY UNITS YOU OWN. PLEASE NOTE THIS LETTER IS FOR ALL UNITS.

ALL Owners are required to contact your tenants regarding registering their pets.

Pet owners are REQUIRED to register all pets.
