~ Building 16 on Haverford Ct. UPDATE 2/23/24 ~
Building 16 on Haverford Court is scheduled to be completed on Monday, February 26.
 
 
We will post schedule changes here rather than at the mailboxes.
 
 
 
 
Davenport Court info: The start date for the roofing project for Davenport Ct. will be Tuesday, Feb. 27.
 
Please move your vehicles by 7:30 a.m. on the 27th until the roof on your building is completed.
 
Residents can park in visitor spots around the middle area or the perimeter rows closest to Hampton Club Drive. If there are no spaces available, residents can try Pacific Dr. by the trash bin area or over on Wells Ct. Be sure to park in a spot with a "V" for Visitor.

~ Pet Registration Form and Information ~
All Owners and Residents will or have received a New Pet Registration Form.
 
ALL Owners are required to contact your tenants regarding registering their pets.
 
You can come by the office Monday - Friday from 10-4 to pick up an ESA form if it is needed.
 
All forms are to be returned to the Hampton Club Office by April 15th in person, by US mail, or email. 
 
Pet owners are REQUIRED to register all pets.

                   Our on-site office is open to foot traffic at this time.  Press the call button ONE time next to the bulletin board to alert us that you need assistance. We will be able to speak with you. We reserve the right to limit entry so that we can maintain a distance from each other.
