3:00 PM - 8:00 PM Friday-Wednesday; and Holidays

Regular Hours Begin June 11th, 2026:

12:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday-Wednesday

Closed on Thursdays

The pool season ends 09/07/2026

To Obtain a Pool ID Pass:

Monday- Friday 10:00 AM-4:00 PM

Please bring a completed pool application to the onsite office or come to the office and we will give you one to complete.

A completed 2026 Pool Application
A copy of your lease, if applicable. Your landlord will need to authorize all names on the pool pass application. That means that if you have others living in the condo with you who are not listed as lessees, the landlord will have to approve of the other residents getting a pool pass. Landlords/property managers can send the authorization for all residents to our email at hamptonclub@abbitt.com
A photo of each resident who lives in your household who wants to have a pool pass. If you send it to our email, be sure to give us your address and identify each photo.

Thank you for taking care of this info prior to coming into the office.

We can update your 2025 pool pass for the 2026 season when you bring it into the office.

You'll still need to complete the paperwork listed above.

If you lose your pool pass, there is a $5.00 replacement cost.

***Guest passes are available for purchase from the Management Office during office hours.

Guest passes are $5 per day per guest. Cash only. Limit 2 per unit, per day ***
