The annual meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Tuesday,January 20, 2026 at 6:00 pm. Owners and residents have the opportunity to speak to the Board of Directors regarding general concerns, not issues concerning their condo specifically. The Executive session of the Board of Directors begins immediately after the Open Session closes. That is the time when owners can address the Board concerning any requests or violations for their condo.
Members attending the meeting with the intention to speak to the Board of Directors during Executive Session will sign-in using the sign in sheet and be called on a first come, first served basis. Members must request in writing at least one week prior to the meeting to be placed on the Executive Session agenda.
